I love pork and this is one of my many recipes. 

The skin of the pork can be very delicious especially if well cooked. The skin now becomes very crispy and enjoyable to eat. 

This is a unique recipe and i urge you to try it. You will love it.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for roast pork 

9 Njansang

1/2 stem Parsley

2 Maggi cubes

2 Celery

Dash of White pepper

Dash of cameroon 🌶 

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

2 Country 🌰 

2 Spring onions

Little bit of Thyme

Little bit of Cumin

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients together and marinate the pork  and leave to set for 3 hours plus. I usually leave mine in the fridge overnight 

I like to cut mine in slices and then I cook it in the grill. If you prefer to put it in the oven then thats fine too
