INGREDIENTS

3 cups jasmine rice

1kg raw chicken leg and thigh

3 cups of Chicken Broth/ stock

2 onions

2 spring onions

2 green bell peppers

1 yellow bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

2 carrots chopped

A small bowl of mixed vegetables

1/2 kg diced cooked liver

vegetable oil

1 tablespoon dry thyme

1 tablespoon mild curry powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon chicken seasoning

1 tablespoon of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic powder

2 chicken Maggi cubes

1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
